Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Catering Manager to join our team at Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all catering operations at Miami Freedom Park, supporting a wide range of events and daily service needs across the venue. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences for premium events, internal partners, and key stakeholders.
The Catering Manager will serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, working closely with clients’ sales and operations teams to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and seamless execution. This position reports directly to the Director of Suites and Catering and requires a hands‑on, service‑driven leader with a strong operational mindset and a high level of accountability.
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
